Using the Chord Chart (the scale keys are listed according to the Circle of Fifths diagram), you can see that the Triad chord for the key of C has all white keys.  The 1st note is C, the 3rd note is E and the 5th note is G.  All of these notes are played on white keys. 

 

The Triad chord for B has 2 black keys.  (Remember that the key of B has 5 sharps.)  The 1st note B is a white key, the 3rd note (D♯) is a black key, and the 5th note (F♯) is a black key.
